How net-ARBitration WorksVery simply and very conveniently!Filing & PaymentLeading the world in low-cost arbitration, net-ARB is also the only arbitration firm to completely eliminate filing fees. On the left side of any page on our website you will find the Submit Your Case FREE! box. Beginning with your name and email address, we lead you through a simple process where you provide some basic information about yourself, your dispute, and the other party. After that, we do the rest.
During the registration process we will also ask you for your payment information, however we do not charge you until the other party agrees to arbitrate. If the other party declines or does not respond, you have our unconditional guarantee that you will not be charged — not even a penny! The HearingOnce the other party agrees to arbitrate, we notify you promptly by email. At that time, we will also process your payment. Our staff will review the description of the dispute you provided during registration and assign arbitrators that understand the subject matter of the dispute. Once the assignments are made, you receive an email with instructions for your hearing.
The hearing lasts anywhere from a couple of days to a week or more, depending on how complex the case is and how quickly you and the other party wish to respond to the arbitrator. During the hearing phase, all of your testimony and evidence is given by email — it could not be easier! And the best part is that you can participate at any hour of the day or night. If you need time away from your case for some reason, your arbitrator will be happy to work out a schedule that is accommodating to both sides. The DecisionWhen both sides finish presenting their evidence and no one has any more questions, the arbitrator will close the hearing. Over the next day or two, the arbitrators carefully review all of the evidence and issue a written, binding decision (called an 'Award'). The Award also explains the arbitrators' reasons for deciding the case as they did. If you choose an Arbitration Panel, the majority of the panel must agree on the outcome.
Fast — Convenient — Affordable Arbitration without leaving the comfort of your home or office!
