Prices are per case, not per person!
No fee is ever collected until both sides have agreed to arbitrate. We take payment information upon registration however, for processing at the proper time. If the case never proceeds to arbitration, you are never charged and your payment information is destroyed. You have our unqualified guarantee on that.
It does not matter which side files an arbitration case. Both sides are treated completely equally and the burden of proof for each side is the same.
Hearing Options:- Single Arbitrator: This is the most economical option. Having a single arbitrator is just like the typical courtroom allocation of one judge per trial.
- Panel Arbitration: From the U.S. Supreme Court to the International Olympics, majority panels reduce the possibility of error and bring greater peace of mind as a result. net-ARB offers a 3-arbitrator panel for only $100 extra. It makes sense!
Fee Style Options:- Pay the entire fee: If you choose this option, you will be charged only when the other side agrees to arbitrate. The arbitrator will not consider reapportioning the fee in the award unless both sides agree and make their request known to the arbitrator.
- Split the fee: If you choose this option, you will be charged 1/2 of the fee only when the other party agrees to pay the other half and arbitrate. The arbitrator will not consider reapportioning the fee in the award unless both sides agree and make their request known to the arbitrator.
